Events
Hello OUTbio,

The November OUTbio event will be hosted by Vertex. The event will be held Thursday November 21st from 5:00-7:00 pm ET at their 11 Fan Pier Blvd location in Boston.
Vertex will have representatives from BAGLY at the event with special opportunities for attendees to write letters of support to LGBTQ+ youth and other individuals attending BAGLY’s Thanksgiving Event the following week. BAGLY will also share more information about their organization and how OUTBio attendees can get involved. As always, appetizers, beer and wine will be served.

Vertex may ask participants to sign their standard visitor confidentiality agreement and liability agreement upon arriving. If participants would like to see a copy of the agreement prior to arriving, they can email contracting_research@vrtx.com to request a copy for review.

Our events have been reaching capacity very quickly and in an effort to allow more OUTbio members to attend, registration will be limited to one ticket per OUTbio member. Also, if you register to attend but your plans change, please cancel your registration so that others from the waitlist can attend.
As we have done for the past few events, we will be holding some "tickets" for those that have NEVER attended an OUTbio event. Please email Ramsey at ramsey@outbio.org if you are unable to register for this event before it reaches capacity and have not attended previously.

Also, as was stated previously, we are actively trying to get more women and people of color (POC) to attend our events. If you know a woman or POC that is not a member of OUTbio and/or has never been to one of our events, please email Ramsey at ramsey@outbio.org. The individual will receive a personal invitation to join OUTbio's mailing list and will be manually registered for the next OUTbio event, even if the Eventbrite event is sold out.

As always, the event is invitation only so if you know of someone that would like to attend but is not a member of OUTbio please have them email Ramsey at ramsey@outbio.org.

Thank you,
OUTbio
